9/15/2012 - Meet with NVR Mortgage Rep/Apply for Mortgage

9/18/2012 - Flooring appointment

9/22/2012 - Exterior Selections Meeting
9/24/2012 - Huge Deposit paid to Ryan Homes

9/24/2012 - Pre-Construction Meeting

9/27/2012 - Guardian Appointment (still have choose cable/phone jack locations)

10/08/12 - Mortgage Approval Received

Construction

9/26/2012 - Staking

10/3/2012 - Lot cleared of trees in build zone

10/9/12 - Excavation Begins

10/12/2012 - Footings Poured

10/14/2012- Foundation Walls Poured.
10/17/2012 - Waterproofing and Back-Filling of Foundation
10/19/12 - Basement floor and garage slab poured
10/26/12 - Framing Begins
10/29/12 - Framing Complete, roof construction, installation of windows & exterior doors.
10/31/12 - Roof complete, installation of HVAC & plumbing begins.

11/05/12 - Electrical work begins.
11/05/12 - Locked interest rate @ 3.5%

TBD - Pre-Dywall Meeting.
TBD - Siding complete and septic system and well installed.
TBD - Drywall Complete
TBD - Cabinets and Trim Installed
TBD - Appraisal received.
TBD - Lighting, kitchen floors and upstairs bathroom tile installed.
TBD- Hardwood floors installed, electric and plumbing working.
TBD - Driveway, carpet.  Settlement date set.
TBD - Landscaping done and all appliances in.
