IT is fast! Our SR and PM both said they have never seen things move so quickly... our PM had to have the plans over-nighted to get them in time for our pre-construction meeting! haha
They know we are in a hurry - we sold our previous home and are living with my parents - so said if we make moves quickly (selections, guardian, nvr paperwork, etc.) they will too. So far they are holding up to their end of the agreement! :)
